External library patrons (non-TUM members) are only allowed to view and consult DIN standards. Terms of Use for External Library Patrons Any unauthorised reproduction, disclosure to third parties, or systematic downloading carries a mandatory fine for infringement and is punishable by law. To do so, please print them, mark them with the TUM stamp and scan them again for uploading on Moodle. Once accepted, the standards project is carried out according to set rules of procedure by the relevant DIN. It is permitted to make DIN standards available in digital course reserves if you mark them with a TUM stamp. Anyone can submit a proposal for a new standard. The reproduction of DIN standards for training purposes at the TUM is permitted, but copies must be marked with the TUM stamp and collected after the lecture. Reproduction (by downloading, copying, scanning or printing) is permitted only for internal university, non-commercial purposes (science, research and teaching).
